Does it hurt?+
Implant placement is typically done under local anesthesia, pressure but no pain. Sedation and full general anesthesia are available if you'd prefer to be asleep.
How long does it take?+
Implant placement is one visit (60 to 90 min). Healing/integration takes 3 to 4 months. Final crown delivery is 1 to 2 short visits. Total: 4 to 6 months from consultation to finished tooth.

How this compares to the bait-and-switch pricing patterns

Patients who require an extraction of a non-restorable tooth before implant placement add the extraction fee. Patients with inadequate bone volume in the targeted site may require a bone graft, sinus lift, or, in upper-arch atrophy cases, a redirect to zygomatic implants, each with its own surgical complexity and fee. The CBCT scan at the free consultation determines which of these applies, and the written treatment plan you leave with reflects the complete cost of your specific case rather than the headline price of the advertised special.
